Women’s Ministry at Galilee Christian Church

There’s an active Women’s Ministry Program which is open to all women, member or not, at Galilee Christian Church. The cornerstone of this ministry is the study of God’s Word and putting His Word into action in our everyday lives. To help do this, Monday night and Tuesday morning Bible study classes are offered from September through May.

Inspirational guest speakers, vesper services, bake and craft sales, fashion shows, and teas are scheduled throughout the year. The Kickoff in August and the Annual Spring Tea in April are two of our largest events. Ladies Night Out is scheduled once a month to offer fellowship opportunities for women of all ages. We might enjoy dining out at a favorite restaurant; a Topsy-Turvy Night in the fellowship hall; or a day trip to see some of God’s beautiful nature.

Women’s Ministry provides meals for those ill or bereaved; cares for the congregation’s widows; and assists wherever needed with spiritual assistance or just lending a listening ear.
