A Message from Tom Plank

We live in a world where everything seems to change.  A song that is such a hit today may be  old within three months.  A computer that is hyped as the world's fastest is obsolete within days.  There was the record player that became a stereo, that became a hi-fi, that became an LP player, that became an 8-track player, that became a cassette player, that became a  CD player, that became a MP3 player, that will become no telling what in the future. No longer do we buy products in returnable containers for refills.

We just throw the containers away.  This is such a disposable society and nothing seems firm and unchanging anymore. 

 That is why we here at Galilee feel it is so important to offer a consistent message that never changes.  Our METHODS have changed in that, in presenting the gospel, we employ the use of video and lighting, the integration of new music with the old hymns, and the occasional use of drama. But the MESSAGE has never changed.  And the main thrust of every worship service is the preaching of the gospel directly from the Word of God.  So, if you would like to worship where the old paths are revered while presenting that message with new methods, then you will enjoy coming to Galilee.
